MAN WHO NAMED DOG ‘BUHARI’ UNABLE TO RAISE N50, 000

THREE days
after he was granted bail by an Ogun State magistrate court, the trader dragged
to court for naming his pet dog ‘Buhari’ is still being remanded in prison.
IROYIN OJUTOLE gathered that this is as a result of the family’s inability to meet
the bail conditions granted the man.
The embattled trader, Chinakwe Joe Fortemose was charged to court for
naming his pet dog Buhari.
Family sources that spoke with newsmen
said they were able to raise only N20, 000, but could not complete the money.
The presiding Chief Magistrate, B.J Ojikutu, admitted the trader to bail in the
sum of N50, 000 with two sureties in like sum, who must be regular taxpayers in
